Nasdaq (US100) Outlook September 2025: Bullish Trend Continues Amid Liquidity Risks

Nasdaq (US100) Market Outlook – September 2025

The Nasdaq (US100) continues to push higher, showing persistent bullish strength across time frames. Despite short-term pullbacks, the momentum remains upward, and we maintain a clear bullish bias. However, the structure also highlights growing liquidity zones, meaning traders must stay alert for potential deeper retracements.

Short-Term Analysis
On the hourly chart, the last demand zone is holding as support, offering fresh long opportunities. Price has consistently broken to the upside, confirming buyers remain in control. Our near-term plan is to monitor this demand zone closely and take new long positions upon valid lower time frame confirmations.

Higher Time Frame Analysis
On the higher time frames, Nasdaq remains in a strong bullish trend. However, the relentless upside move is leaving behind a sea of liquidity beneath current price levels. Historically, Nasdaq tends to consume such liquidity before resuming its primary trend. A larger retracement towards a significant higher time frame order block is therefore still possible. Should this occur, it would provide a major buying opportunity for long-term traders.

Strategy / Trading Plan
We remain very bullish on Nasdaq and continue to favor long setups within the last hourly demand zone. At the same time, we remain cautious: if price sweeps liquidity and drops towards the higher time frame order block, we will look for strong bullish confirmation to re-enter long positions. This two-layered plan ensures we align with the trend while respecting potential liquidity-driven corrections.

Fundamental Analysis
The bullish outlook is underpinned by optimism in U.S. tech earnings, expectations of a more accommodative Federal Reserve, and improving global risk sentiment. Lower borrowing costs are especially supportive for growth and tech-heavy indices like the Nasdaq. At the same time, sticky inflation and macro uncertainty could trigger volatility, reinforcing the need to stay patient around key demand zones.

Conclusion
The Nasdaq (US100) remains very bullish, with price continuing to break higher and demand zones holding strong. Still, traders should be aware of the liquidity build-up below current levels. A deeper retracement towards the higher time frame order block cannot be ruled out before the next major rally. Our bias is clear: we stay bullish, focusing on longs while being ready to take advantage of a larger correction if it materializes.
